After the success we had following the signing of the Upbeat Berlin project, we are delighted to announce another moment of joy – the award of the LUA (State Criminal Investigation Office Rhineland-Palatinate) project in Koblenz, Germany, by RITEK/Fati GmbH!
The construction of the State Criminal Investigation Office(LUA) in Koblenz represents the largest construction project in the northern part of Rhineland-Palatinate. The planned building will offer over 5,000 square meters of laboratory space and an additional 2,990 square meters for offices, the MTA school, cafeteria, and a library. The total planned construction costs amount to approximately 70 million euros, a fitting investment for this highly complex laboratory building. This exceptional project holds a contract value of 4.1 million euros for us at RITEK and Fati GmbH.
As part of this extensive task, we are prepared to supply and install a wide range of products, including 163 aluminum doors, partition walls, metal doors, and fire-resistant doors. These components are crucial for functionality, security, and design.
