Fati Group – Renovation and Modernization of the Deutsche Telekom AG Administrative Building
Location: Stuttgart, Germany – Building Section: BT 1.1
Fati Group carried out renovation works aimed at improving the energy efficiency, architectural appearance, and technical performance of the Deutsche Telekom AG administrative building.
The completed works included:
▪️ Technical execution planning (Ausführungsplanung) and construction site health and safety coordination (SiGeKo).
▪️ Removal of the existing metal façade and installation of a new external thermal insulation composite system (WDVS).
▪️ Dismantling and installation of new windows, as well as adaptation of external solar shading systems.
▪️ Adaptation of doors, ceilings, and non-load-bearing partition walls in accordance with the fire protection concept.
▪️ Renovation of flooring with new textile floor coverings.
▪️ Installation of ventilation, heating, and cooling systems in part of the ground floor.
▪️ Upgrading of the existing fire alarm system and related technical systems.
Through this project, Fati Group contributed to improving the building’s energy efficiency, modernizing its interior spaces, and enhancing its safety and functionality.
